Staff sign in | How staff can sign in?

A staff member can also use the visit flow to sign-in.

1. Touchfull flow (by touching the visit iPad). This is both for one-community users and multi-community staff users

• Sign in with first and last name

1/ Tap here to start --> [Sign in]:

2/ Tap on [I am a team member]:

Tap on [Full name]:

Type your First name and click [Next]:

Type your Last name and click [Next]:

Note: it is important to use the same first and last name as in your Cubigo profile. 

3/ Tap on the button with your contact details:

4/ Answer safety questions, take a temperature, and you are signed in!

2. Touchless flow (not touching the visit iPad but login in with your smartphone by scanning the QR code). This is not applicable for multi-community staff users.

1/ On your device (open Cubigo App or go to community.cubigo.com in your browser) tap on [Start] on the home screen.

2/ Tap on [Scan QR code on kiosk]

3/ The Camera App will be opened. Point it steadily for 2-3 seconds towards the QR Code on the screen on the Kiosk to scan. On your mobile phone, you will be automatically directed to the Welcome screen. Choose on this screen your account. 

Then answer questions on your device. After this, your temperature will be taken (follow the instructions on the kiosk screen)and you will be signed in.
