When you arrive at the community you need to sign on the entrance.
1/ Tap here to start --> [Sign in]:
2/ Type your First and Last name (It does require a full name (i.e., the name must contain a space to designate first & last name have been provided)) and then [Sign in]:
3/ If you have an account, choose the button with your contact details and choose the host.

Step 1. Select your role. There is a list of different roles that can visit the community. Choose one that suits you.
Step 2. Enter your phone number
Step 3 (skippable). Enter your e-mail. If you do not want to share it tap [skip this].
Step 4. Start typing the name of the host and choose from the list one. If you come to the community as a care or service provider you can skip this step.
4/ Now choose a location.
If the location that you have chosen is fully booked you will get the message and have to choose another one.
If there are no available time slots for this day you need to register for the other days via Cubigo App on your mobile phone or PC. Read here about how to schedule a visit or contact staff.
5/ Answer some questions regarding safety rules in your community.
6/ Depending on the community your temperature and photo will be taken (follow the instructions on the kiosk screen). Wait till the badge is printed (if there is a printer next to the kiosk) and now you are ready to meet your loved ones!
Note! Badge printing can be disabled for the staff.
7/ Done! You are now signed in.
