Sign in | How to sign in via Kiosk?

When you arrive at the community you need to sign on the entrance.

Option 1 On your phone

Open Cubigo App on your phone (you can also open Cubigo in browser).

On the home page you can find a blue box with [Scan] button. Tap.

The Camera App will be opened. Point it steadily for 2-3 seconds towards the QR Code on the screen on the Kiosk to scan. On your mobile phone you will be automatically directed to the Welcome screen. Choose on this screen the visit that you've booked (Choosing a visit is only the case for visitors, not for staff. Staff members don't have this step in the process).

If you did not make prescreen you will be asked several safety questions, answer them and then proceed to the kiosk. 

Depending on the community your temperature and photo will be taken (follow the instructions on the kiosk screen). Wait till the badge is printed (if there is a printer next to the kiosk) and now you are ready to meet your loved ones!

Option 2 Via Kiosk

1/ Tap on [Sign In]:

2/ Tap on [I am a visitor]:

Type your First and Last name (It does require a full name (i.e., the name must contain a space to designate first & last name have been provided)) and then [Next]:

3/ Tap on the button with your contact details. (Same for staff and visitors. This step is the end for staff members, for visitors you have one more step, see number 4)

4/ Tap on the button with a scheduled visit.

If you did not make a prescreen you will be asked several safety questions, answer them. Please note that visitors can make a prescreen in advance, staff members can not. 

Depending on the community your temperature and photo will be taken (follow the instructions on the kiosk screen). Wait till the badge is printed (if there is a printer next to the kiosk) and now you are ready to meet your loved ones!

If you scheduled a visit for two or more people they will be asked to register as well.

Click on [Yes, sign in additional visitor] so your company can also sign in and do all the safety checks.
