Activities | How to sign up for an activity from a tablet

In the overview of the Activities cube, you will find a button [View activities]. Press this button to get started.

You open an overview of the activities. 

You can use the search button to search for a specific activity in the future. This search will look in all activity titles for the coming 4 months for the calendar/role you've selected.

Did you find the activity to sign up?

Within a calendar, please select first when you would like to participate in an activity. The activities for today are shown in the default view, you can also scroll down to see other days.

Tap on the activity that you are interested in. You open the overview of the activity, on this page you can find overall information about the activity, who has already signed up for the activity and who is interested. 

[Sign me up]

If you decide you want to participate in this activity and there are still places available you can sign up by pressing the button [Sign me up]. If the event recurring, you need to indicate one of the options: sing up for this activity only or for all activities.

[I'm interested]

If all the available places are already taken, or if maybe you are not sure whether you can or want to participate in an activity it is always possible to indicate your interest in activity by pressing the button [I'm interested]. You will not be counted as an attendee.

[I'm not interested]

Once you have indicated you are "interested" this choice is also available to indicate you are no longer interested. Tap on [change] button to change your decision. 

Join Waitlist

When the maximum number of attendees is reached, you can no longer sign up for this activity directly but you can choose to be added to the Waitlist.  

Each time you choose for the waitlist, your Activity staff will be informed about your interest to join this activity. They'll contact you personally. Once you're subscribed to this activity by your staff, you'll receive a notification on your subscription.

If you had already signed up for this activity the same button will give you the options to change your signup. By pressing it you can unsubscribe or change from I'm Going to I'm interested.
