Activities | How to sign up for an activity from a tablet

Getting Started

When you tap on the Activities Cube, you will go to your community's activities page. To begin, press the [View Activities] button.

Finding an Activity

You will see a list of activities available in your community.

• To search for a specific activity, tap the search button and type in the name of the activity. The search will look through all scheduled activities for the next four months.

Signing Up for an Activity

1. First, choose the date you want to participate. The activities for today are shown by default, but you can scroll down to see other days.
2. Tap on an activity to view its details. Here, you can see information about the activity, who has signed up, and who is interested.

How to Sign Up

If you want to join an activity and there are open spots, tap [I'm going].

• If this is a recurring activity, you will need to choose whether to sign up for This Activity only or All Activities.

Interested but Not Ready to Sign Up

• Tap [I'm Interested] if you want to keep track of the activity but are not ready to sign up. This does not reserve a spot for you, but it shares with the staff that you are interested in an activity.
• If you change your mind, tap [Change] to remove yourself from the "Interested" list.

Waitlist Option

If an activity is full, you can join the waitlist by tapping [Join Waitlist].

• The activity staff will be notified of your interest and may contact you if a spot opens up.
• If you are moved from the waitlist to the attendee list, you will receive a notification.

If you had already signed up for this activity the same button will give you the options to change your signup. By pressing it you can unsubscribe or change from I'm Going to I'm interested.
