A visitor can have a relationship with several residents within your residence. With one visitor account in Cubigo, this visitor can establish a relationship with several residents in order to plan several different visits (with different residents).
To add a second resident to an existing visitor, you need the resident code of the resident. Each resident has a unique Invitation code that identifies a visitor for a visit to Cubigo. As an administrator, you can find this code in the resident's profile.
- Go to User --> Management in the back office (left sidebar).
- Search for the desired resident in the search field
- In the Code column you will find the resident's unique resident code
- Go to Visit --> Requests.
On this page you will find all planned visits: one line represents one visit request.
The visits are sorted chronologically in this list.
Click on the button at the top [New visit].
Select the visitor's name from the list or create a new visitor account if the visitor is not yet known in your residence.
The panel with the relationship to one of the residents automatically opens on the right.
Click New relationship to establish a new additional relationship with another resident.
Validate this relationship via the unique resident code for this resident.
This visitor now has relationships with multiple residents in your residence.
These relationships are written to the resident profile in User Management, under the Personal Contacts section.
Select the visitor on the left of the visit screen. On the right, select the resident from the list for whom he/she wishes to schedule a visit. You can now choose a place and time slot to schedule a visit.
The visitor will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the details about this visit.
