Create a resident
You create a new resident via User management --> Add user
You fill in the full set of mandatory account information, marked with *.
If the resident does not have his or her own personal email address, you can fall back on a 'dummy email address' à la firstname.familyname@cubigo.app.
You must also enter a password. If the resident will not use Cubigo in the future, you can set a default password for all new residents in your facility. You can change this at any time later when the resident will use Cubigo himself.
Also select the appropriate role for the resident: resident independent living, assisting living, etc..
Once the new resident has been created, you can find it in the user list.
Tip: search by name in the list.
Open the user's account and generate a resident code via 'Visits' tab.
Visit possible?
In the Visit tab you can indicate whether the resident may receive a visit or not. If a visit is not possible, the visitor will be informed via a notification in Cubigo.
Even if you deactivate a resident from User Management (in case of hospitalization or death), a visit is automatically canceled and the visitor receives a notification via Cubigo.
