Visits | Where can I find the resident code of a resident?

Each resident has a unique resident code that identifies a visitor for a visit to Cubigo. As an administrator, you can find this resident code in the resident's profile. 

1. Go to User --> Management in the back office (left sidebar).
2. Search for the desired resident in the search field

      3. In the fifth column you will find the resident's unique resident code

     4. Press copy to easily share this code with a visitor

If you have created a new resident, the code is not yet visible on this list.

You must first generate the code.
In User Management, find the name of the resident: open the resident profile. Go to the 'Visits' tab. Here you can generate the code.
Here you can also indicate whether the resident may receive visits (default = visit) and in which visiting location the resident may receive visits.
