To avoid residents entering a password to start a zoom activity you need to follow the following steps.

Step 1. Open Zoom in desktop version and go to settings - meetings tab.

Step 2. Scroll down to find Embed password in invite link for one-click join. This option should be turned on if you want your residents will be able to join Zoom activity.
