Within one community, the visit module support multiple visit locations.
A resident can be assigned to one visit location. This will be possible in the resident profile, but also in the visit backoffice ‘Assignment’ tab.
In the assignment tab, an admin user can search for a specific resident or apartment number and assign a visit location from an action dropdown in the assignment grid.
It is also possible to assign locations in batch to multiple users, or filter users based on their role and assign a visit location to all filtered users.
If a user is not assigned to a specific location, he/she is assigned to a default location ‘Community’. The default community location can not be renamed or deleted. All other configuration parameters can also be set for the default location.
