1. Create a Google Account

To create a YouTube channel, you simply need a Google account.

All Gmail accounts automatically have a YouTube account, as YouTube is part of Google, so if you have a community Gmail account, you already have a YouTube channel. If you want to create a new Community specific YouTube account, you must first create a new Gmail account.

1. Go to myaccount.google.com .
2. Click Create Google Account.
3. Enter your preferred account information.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter your recovery contact information. If this is going to be a shared account, enter information that is easily accessible to all those who will use the account. 
6. Click Next.
7. Click I agree on the Privacy and Terms page. 

2. Create a YouTube Channel

1. Go to youtube.com.
2. Click the camera icon on the right-side of the screen. 
3. Click Upload video
4. Choose to use your Gmail name or a custom name for your channel.
