Suggestions | How to make a suggestion for a resident

Within Cubigo you can submit suggestions and requests as staff for your community member.  Related to suggestions, you have 2 options to makea suggestion/idea coming from a community member:

1/ start via your homescreen where you use the link 'Add suggestion' clicking on the + sign in the Suggestion cube or choosing from the request list on top of the cubes.

2/ start via backoffice Suggestions cube and click on Suggestions

In the suggestions list we display an overview of all these suggestions sent in in your community. At the top right you can find the [+ Add suggestion] button:

For both scenarios we display a contact form where you first select the community members for whom you enter a suggestion from a list. A search field helps you to find a name quickly.

After selecting the requestor you can fulfill the contact form for a specific category of suggestions with all relevant information for this suggestion. This form contains the following elements:

Type

This field allows you to select the specific type of suggestion from the list. These parameters can be defined per community.  Please select the contact type in the list.

Fill in more detailed information in the text field and submit the suggestion by submitting.  The complete suggestion request will be listed in the grid for further action by staff.
