With the Suggestions cube community members as residents and guests can reach out directly to community staff leaving a suggestion, idea or complaint. It's a communication channel for iternal users to question, inform, complain, suggest ... related to community things.
As administrator or service staff you can manage these requests via the back office menu. Here you can also manage the general information about this particular Suggestions cube.
To manage the contact requests, select [Suggestions] from the left back office sidebar.
The coloured dots indicate if there are unhandled suggestions. The number indicate how many new suggstions are logged.
Via the tab Information you can manage the information pages that external visitors see when they open this Contact cube. Herefor select [Information] from the sidebar.
