Suggestions | How to Make a Suggestion

With the Suggestions cube, residents can reach out to community staff with concerns, compliments, ideas, questions, or suggestions.

To get started, go to your Cubigo Homepage, then open the [Suggestions] cube by clicking or tapping on the [Suggestions] icon. 

The cube will open and now you will see an overview of this service.

You can enter a concern, compliment, idea, question, or suggestion by clicking tapping on the button [Make suggestion]:

Fill out the suggestions form by selecting the type of suggestion you want to make. 

Choose one item from the Type drop-down list (activities, dining, etc.). 

Next, describe your concern, compliment, idea, question, or suggestion in the text box.

When you are finished entering your concern, compliment, idea, question, or suggestion, click or tap on the [Submit] button at the bottom.

Your community staff will automatically receive your concern, compliment, idea, question, or suggestion and respond to you within the appropriate time frame designated by your community.
