User Management | How to find a user and identify UUID

In the Contacts/Residents/Team Members user grids, you can use the filter to quickly find a user.

To search for a specific user, simply enter the name of the resident or their residence number in the search bar. You can also search by:

• Role
• Email address
• Phone number
• Residence number

This feature helps you efficiently locate the desired user and access their details.

UUID

Each Cubigo user has a Universally Unique User Identifier (UUID) code, which enables easy communication about a specific user without including any protected health information in email correspondence. 

To locate the UUID for a specific user, select the user from the user management grid. Once the user is selected, the URL will then populate the UUID after the last forward slash as highlighted below.
