Table Reservations | How to follow up on a reservation

The table reservations are managed by the restaurant staff. Go to the Table reservation cube to see the overview of the reservation requests you have placed.

Open the Table reservation cube and press the button [Your reservations] (button [Your requests] if you use a tablet).

We show a chronological overview of the reservation requests you have placed sofar:

Each reservation request will have a clear status: requested - confirmed - canceled.

By pressing on an item you can open a detailed view of that reservation. Similar to the other Cubigo services, you can communicate with the service staff using the Comment field in the reservation ticket.

If your community allows, you can also change the number of people if your plans changed. Click on the pencil icon to do this:
