If you want to modify the availability of items on your menu, first open the Administrator's overview of the Dining cube in the side bar Dining | Items.

Add or remove an existing menu item from the menu

You can set the status of a menu item from the Edit view as described in the previous article. But it is also possible to "Publish" or "Unpublish" a menu item directly from the overview. 

Select the menu item you want to edit from the list. If you have difficulty finding the item you look for please read this article:

Once you have made your selection you can change the status with the dropdown menu at the bottom of the view: 

• Published items will be visible to your residents
• Unpublished items will not be visible to your residents
• Archived items will not be visible to your residents
