Order | How to order a meal – Cubigo

Depending on the working of your community, you'll be able to 'View' or 'Order' meals via Cubigo for yourself and for your guests.

If your community supports the order flow, you will find a green button [+ Place request]. Press this button to get started.

If your community does not support the order flow, the dining service is in "read only" mode. So you can only browse the available menu, but you can not add to a shopping cart.

We’ll guide you step by step :

Where would you like to order? (available only if your community supports multiple dining locations)
When would you like to order ?
What type of meal do you like to order ?
What type of dish do you like to order ?
What type of delivery (delivered at home or served in the cafeteria) do you select ?

We first ask you when you would like to order the meal. You can choose between Today, Tomorrow and Later. Select what is appropriate for you.

Next we will ask you to choose between Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Again select what is appropriate for you. Go Back if you want to choose another day first.

The ordering cut-off times are fixed, you will not be able to make orders for a certain slot after this time has passed:

Breakfast: 9.30 PM
Lunch: 1 PM
Dinner: 6.45 PM

In this step we ask you to select the type of dish you want to order. The choice is between Menu of the Day, Appetizers, Main Courses, Desserts and Drinks.

Go Back if you want to choose another timeslot first.

The next view displays an overview of the menu for the date & time you selected:

When you click on the menu item you want to order, we ask you for some specialties ?

If your community supports meal ordering for guests, you can indicate per meal item for whom you order this meal. The appropriate price will be indicated in the shopping cart.
