If you want to edit a maintenance request first open the Administrator's overview of the maintenance cube in the side bar by pressing or clicking on Maintenance | Requests
We display an overview of all the maintenance request. You can edit the status of the request directly from this list with the action button on the right-most column.
You can also see all the details of the request. Select the item you want to edit from the list. If you have difficulty finding the item you look for please read this article:

Edit details page
The edit page consists of two columns. An edit column to the left with all the details of the maintenance request, and a comment column to the right where you can follow a conversation with the requester.

Status
As an administrator of the Maintenance cube you can edit the Status of the requests by pressing the [Change] dropdown menu.

Due date
It is possible to change the due date time of any maintenance request. Press the pencil icon next to the Due date to edit the date:
Enter the changed date and press [Save]
Comment column
The comment column gives you an overview of the conversation about a specific task between resident and staff. For more information please refer to this general article:
