Information | Overview of the Information Cube

Are you looking for some information about your community?  Let's find it by opening the Information cube from your Cubigo Homepage.  To open it, click or tap on the Information cube. 

With the Information cube, you can view important information at any time about your community.

Files/Tabs

To open a File/Tab, click or tap on the title of the File/Tab to to see its contents.  Relevant community information will be shared here such as floor maps, forms, information on external services, lists of phone numbers, resident rights, etc.  If there are attachments within the File/Tab, you can download these attachments within Cubigo.

Note:  All contents within the Information cube are maintained by your community.  For any corrections or questions about the content, please reach out directly to your community.

Directories

Here, you can find both the Resident Directory and Team Directory.

To view a directory, click or tap on the [Resident directory] or [Team directory] buttons.

The Resident directory only contains the contact details of active Cubigo users that have granted permission to have their contact information shown (residents always have the right to adjust their privacy settings).  The Team directory contains the telephone numbers of team members. 

As an option, you can search or filter within these directories by entering the name, title, or apartment number and by using the Level of Care drop-down menu at the top.  You can also search for residents with the same Interests as you in your community by clicking or tapping on the All interests drop-down menu and selecting an interest.  

When you click or tap on a resident or team member's profile in the list, a larger version of their profile is shown with their profile picture and his/her biography (this depends on whether they have completed their biography information).

If you wish to search for residents with the same Interests as you in your community, click or tap on the All interests drop-down menu at the top, then and select one or more interests from the menu.  The filtered residents will match all the selected interests; therefore, when selecting one or more interests, the results will produce a smaller list based on your chosen selections.
