Have a look at the information pages of the Activities cube to see what type of transportation is offered in your community and the conditions for making a request. For example shopping mall, doctors appointment or a recurring drive to church.
Begin by clicking or tapping the button Place request.
First enter your departure: default the community location is set as departure location or you can enter another departure location.
Next: enter your destination location
Then enter time and date:
Depending on the organisation in your community, you can also request a transportation outside the fixed departure times. This type of request can be marked as ‘billable’ as for one of the following reasons .
Indicate the direction:
If you select a roundtrip, you can indicate the return time. This features is not available in all communities but depends on the configuration of the settings.
Add any extra service and mobility aids you may bring:
And finally add any special requests you may have:
Confirm your service request by clicking or tapping the green Request button:
Each time you submit a request, a green notification box will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Select the appropriate time
Do you have some difficulty in selecting the time in the time picker tool? Doubleclick/tap on the time (hh:mm) to manually type the correct time. Use the arrow buttons on your keyboard to switch between AM and PM.
