User Management | How to edit a user's information

Editing a user's information resembles the user's profile overview. You can access that form by pressing anywhere in the row with the user's name. Open different tabs to change user's information:

Admin can enrich the user's profile with information about Preferences, Personal, Challenges and Contacts. See the separate sections as part of the profile. 

Both admin and staff have access to the sections Overview, Challenges and Notes. Within these sections the community staff members can exchange important information about the resident, to offer personalized services according to its needs.
