If you want to manage the general information of any service that is displayed when a user first opens the cube, then first open the Administrator's overview in the side bar of that service. For example the Information cube:
Community | Information.
In this article, we will use the example of the Information cube, but this is the same for all the services in Cubigo.
A form is loaded where you can edit the general information:
The fields you can edit are as follows:
Header image
Here you can add an image that represents the activities. The recommended dimensions are 870x260px. We recommend to use an image that is about 3 times wider than it is tall.
Service title
"Community Information"
Enter the general name here of the service in your residence. It is displayed in large white letters on top of the image.
Service location
"Front Desk Main Building"
Enter the location here of the service in your residence. This is displayed underneath the title insmaller white letters on top of the image.
Service tagline
"Information about the residence"
The tagline is where you can describe the purpose of the service. It is displayed underneath the image in black letters.
Description
"All the information can be found here. If you have any remarks or suggestions the please reach out to our staff."
The description is a larger text block where you can describe in more detail the purpose of the service. It is displayed underneath the tagline in smaller black letters.
Save
After finishing editing this information it is important that you save the changes. If you don't save the changes and leave the page you will lose the information you have entered.
Once you have filled out all the fields and saved it, when a resident opens the service cube it looks like this:
