All the cubes initially open on a view that contains a number of pages where you can publish additional information about the different services. In this article we will use the example of the Information cube, but this works in the same way in all the services in Cubigo.
If you want to manage the pages of the cube then first open the Administrator's overview in the side bar, for example: Community | Information.
Open the Pages overview by pressing on the Pages tab at the top of the screen.
We load an overview of the available pages:
Add a page by pressing this button. A simple form is loaded with two fields:
As the name suggests this is the title of the page that is displayed on the opening page of the Activities cube.
And just as predictably in this field you can add the content of the page. We do not allow any formatting of the text, nor do we allow any links to other websites that can navigate a user away from Cubigo.
A service landing page is the first page the resident sees when clicking on a service. Staff can upload docx, xlsx and PDF files (up to 10MB) in the information section of every service to display them on the service landing pages. Files can be grouped in a landing page tab.
Relevant community information can be shared with residents this way:
list of phone numbers, resident rights, floor maps, forms for approval (CPR, …), info on external services, phonebooks, forms (out of town form,…), …The uploaded files can be viewed inline in Cubigo, without leaving Cubigo. These files can be downloaded.
To delete a page or pages select the pages with the checkbox before the item and then press delete. The selected pages will be deleted immediately.
To edit a page simply press on the name of the page. The same view as Add page will be loaded and you can edit the page there.
To change the order of the pages simply type over the number before the page you want to move. We will automatically renumber the other pages.
