If you want to edit a valet request first open the Administrator's overview of the valet cube in the side bar by pressing or clicking on Valet | Requests
We display an overview of all the request. You can edit the status directly from that list with the action button on the right most column.
You can also see all the details of the request. Select the item you want to edit from the list. If you have difficulty finding the item you look for please read this article:

Edit details page
The edit page consists of two columns. An edit column to the left with all the details of the valet request, and a comment column to the right where you can follow a conversation with the requester.

Status
As an administrator of the valet cube you can edit the status of the request by pressing the action dropdown menu at the right of the column.
The status can be [Requested], [Parked outside] or [Cancelled]. The status change is effective immediately upon selection. There is nothing to "save" or confirm. Please see the following article for an overview of all the possible states of a request:
Comment column
The comment column gives you an overview of the conversation about a specific task between resident and staff. For more information please refer to this general article:
