Overview of the administrator's interface
With the Activities cube, you can provide an overview of the activities that are organized in your community. Residents can subscribe to, or unsubscribe from these activities, view the history of the activities you have subscribed to in the past, and get information about each activity.
As an administrator of this service, you can add new activities and edit existing activities, manage who is attending, and manage the waiting lists for an activity that is over subscribed. Also, you can manage the general information about this particular service.
1. From the Home page, click or tap on the Activities cube to see an overview.
2. Click on the blue [View activities] button.
As an option, you can select a specific calendar from the Calendar drop-down list in the top right corner. The following options are available: Family, In-house channel, Prospect, Resident AL, Resident IL, Resident MC, Resident SN, and Staff
As an option, you can use SEARCH, select the DAY view, WEEK view, or MONTH view at the top.
Use the navigation arrows at the top to move back and forth through the days, weeks, and months.
3. Click on the [Your activities] button to view your scheduled activities.
In the top right corner of the screen, you can select one of the following options from the drop-down list: Next 7 days, Last week, Last month, Last year, and Specify. If you choose Specify, a date picker will appear for you to choose a specific date range.
4. To manage the activities, go to the back office > ACTIVITIES > Items
