Overview of the Administrator's Interface
The Activities cube provides an at a glance view of all community activities. Residents can subscribe or unsubscribe, review past activities, and get details about upcoming events. As an administrator, you can add and edit activities, manage attendance and waiting lists, and update service information.
Accessing the Activities Cube

Open the Cube
- From the Home page, click or tap on the Activities cube to see the overview.

View Activities
- Click the blue [View activities] button.

- Optional: Use the Calendar drop-down in the top right to choose from available calendars (e.g., Family, In-house channel, Prospect, Resident AL, Resident IL, Resident MC, Resident SN, Staff).

- You may also use the SEARCH function or switch between DAY, WEEK, and MONTH views. Use the navigation arrows at the top to move through different dates.

Your Activities
- Click the [Your activities] button to see your scheduled events.

- In the top right, select an option from the drop-down list: Next 7 days, Last week, Last month, Last year, or Specify. If you choose Specify, a date picker will let you select a custom date range.

Manage Activities
- To add, edit, or manage activities (including attendee lists and waitlists), navigate to the Back Office Panel and select ACTIVITIES > Items.
