Within your personal menu on the right, you have access to 4 sections: Profile, Schedule, Help and Logout.
Profile
You can access your personal profile via a personal icon (photo) in the top bar of the screen or by clicking on Profile.
Your personal menu will slide open. By clicking on Profile your personal profile settings will be displayed:
Click somewhere on the left side of the screen to slide in the black personal menu bar if it doesn't disappear automatically.
In the top bar, we distinguish multiple sections within your profile:
- Account (your administrative account settings)
- Personal (your personal data like your address or phone number)
- Connections (your connected users, e.g. father)
- Preferences (your personal interests and preferences)
- Privacy (information regarding your privacy preferences)
Your administrative account information
Via the section 'Account' you can change your personal administrative account details. This account section allows to mention a title. Work titles for staff and membership or committee roles for residents can be entered here. The title is shown below the resident’s name in the resident directory in the Information cube. The search function in the resident directory also searches the title field.
Click on the pencil icon to modify one of the profile data.
*Please note that if your community utilizes a Point Click Care (PCC) integration, some fields will not be editable within Cubigo because this data is managed directly by PCC.
Personal
This section contains some personal information including your profile picture, gender, birthdate and personal biography.
Click on the pencil icon to modify one of these profile data.
The biography contains several personal data fields where staff can enrich your bio.
Preferences
In this section, you can select multiple preferences from a list to indicate what your interests and preferences are. These interests will be used for automatic activity suggestions.
Click on the [Add interest] button to add some of your interests from the list. Another category 'Other' leaves room to enter other preferences you'd like to inform staff on.
