*Please note that if your community utilizes a Point Click Care (PCC) integration, this field will not be editable within Cubigo because this data is managed directly by PCC.
To add, change, or update your Profile phone number(s), please follow the steps below:
1. In the top-right corner of your Cubigo Homepage, click or tap on your Profile Name or Picture.
2. Your PERSONAL MENU will be displayed on the right-hand side.
3. Click or tap on your Profile menu item.
4. At the top of your Profile, click or tap on your Personal tab.
5. If you wish to add, change, or update your Landline phone number, click or tap on the pencil icon
that is on the right-hand side (also known as the 'Edit' icon).
6. If you wish to add, change, or update your Cell phone number, click or tap on the pencil icon that is
on the right-hand side (also known as the 'Edit' icon).
7. In the phone number box, enter or update your phone number (this is a free text field; therefore, it
converts your input to a number format).
8. To keep your addition/update, click or tap on the [Save] button. If you do not wish to save the
addition/update, click or tap on the [Cancel] button.
9. After you click or tap Save, you should now see your newly added or updated phone number.
