Team members (Admin, Staff, and Dining Staff roles) can quickly generate a complete list of the dietary preferences for all residents within their community. The report can include allergies, therapeutic diets, texture and liquid consistency modifications, as well as any additional insights available within a resident's Cubigo profile under the Dining section of the 'Preferences' tab.
To generate the report:
1. Navigate to the 'Dining' section of the staff panel or back office view
2. Select 'Reports'
3. Select 'Diet report' from the Export dropdown
4. You will then have the option to select the level of detail you wish to include in the report from the options pictured below.
Please note that with certain Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations in place, e.g., PointClickCare (PCC), this dietary information will automatically flow from PCC to Cubigo and will not be editable within the resident's Cubigo profile directly. This allows for the EHR to act as the single source of truth with the most current clinical information available for culinary team members to view within the Cubigo platform.
The diet report will contain two columns. One with the Resident's name, level of care and residence, and the other with any relevant allergies, diets, additional information, supplements, and/or notes.
