Basics | Reset Your Password

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. When you see an error message while trying to log in, click on "Forgot Your Password?"

2. You'll be taken to a new page where you'll confirm your email address.

3. After that, you'll have the option to send a password reset link to your email.

4. Once you receive that email, follow the steps within to change your password.

Note: This will only work if your personal email address is connected to your account. If your account uses a generic (not real) email address, or if you don’t get the reset email, please ask a staff member at your community to help you reset your password.
