Attendance | Waitlist Management
The redesigned Activities Grid now includes an improved Attending column and a new Waitlist column, making it easier to manage attendees and waitlist statuses for your community's activities.
Key Features
Attending Column:
- The Attending column now displays the maximum number of participants alongside the current number of attendees. This makes it easier to track the capacity of each activity.
Waitlist Column:
- A new Waitlist column shows the number of individuals on the waitlist for each activity. This allows you to quickly see which activities have waitlisted users and take action on them.
Filtering on Waitlist Active:
- You can filter activities based on whether the waitlist is active. This filter will display activities where at least one user is on the waitlist, helping you focus on those that need action.
Filtering on Action Required:
- The Action Required filter will show you activities that need attention, such as:
- Activities where spots have opened up due to cancellations, and users need to be moved from the waitlist to the attending list.
- This filter ensures you don't miss any opportunities to fill available spots in popular activities.
Waitlist Notifications
Your Onboarding or Customer Experience Manager can configure waitlist notifications for your community. These notifications are email alerts sent to staff members when a vacant spot becomes available due to someone unsubscribing from an activity, and at least one user is on the waitlist.
- What the Notification Includes:
- The email will notify you of the available spot and inform you that there is at least one user on the waitlist who can be moved into the activity.
- The notification email will contain a direct link to the activity in question, allowing you to easily navigate and take action.
These notifications help ensure that waitlisted users are given the opportunity to attend activities promptly when spots open up.
