Mail Notification Feature
You have the option to notify your residents when mail has arrived at your community. This feature can be accessed through Information > Mail in the back office panel.
How It Works

Visibility Across Channels:
Notifications will appear across various platforms, including:- The landing page (above their schedule)
- Digital signage
- As a push notification

Tailored Notifications for Large Communities:
If your community has multiple buildings or receives mail at different times of the day in various sections, you can set up multiple “mail carrier has arrived” notifications based on the different areas of your building or campus*. This ensures that residents in different buildings or areas of the community receive timely updates about mail arrivals.
*If you need to enable multiple mail carrier has arrived notifications, please contact your Onboarding or Customer Experience manager.
