News | Comment Notification

The News Comment Mail Notification feature is designed to save time and help maintain a safe and respectful environment within your community. This feature can be configured by a member of the Customer Experience team at Cubigo.

Once configured, designated team members will receive an email notification whenever a new comment is posted on a news article. The notification will include the following details:

• The title of the news article
• The category of the article
• The publication date
• The name of the commenter
• The content of the comment

This eliminates the need for manual checks and ensures timely moderation when necessary. If desired, the news author can also be configured to receive the email notification.
