Within our platform, it's possible to exclude items, handling methods, and service fees from membership based on the charge code assigned to these items.
- For orders placed through In-Suite Dining or the Self-Service Kiosk, excluded items are automatically charged to the account, while membership credit applies to eligible items.
- In the In-Suite Dining back-office and Dining POS, users can manually select the payment method for excluded items.
- During automated payment flows in POS, excluded items are automatically charged to the account.
This configuration allows for seamless payment processing while ensuring proper handling of exclusions.
