What is FullCount?

FullCount is a separate Point of Sale System that helps manage meal orders for your community. When you use the "Your requests" and "Place request" buttons within the Cubigo Dining cube, you'll be taken to FullCount to complete your meal-related tasks. Don't worry - it's designed to work smoothly with us, making it easy for you to order meals, view your points, and see your meal history.

Understanding the Cubigo Dining Buttons

Whenever you click on the Dining cube, you'll see two important buttons:

• "Your requests" - This shows your meal order history
• "Place request" - This lets you order a new meal

How to Use These Buttons

When you tap either of these buttons, you'll be taken to the FullCount resident portal in a different window or tab on the device you are using.

Viewing Your Past Orders

To see your past meal orders:

1. Tap the "Your requests" button
2. You'll see a list of your previous meal orders

Ordering a New Meal 

To order a new meal:

1. Tap the "Place request" button
2. You'll be taken to the FullCount resident portal in a different window or tab on your device
3. Follow the steps within FullCount to complete your order

Using the App on Your iPhone

If you're using an iPhone:

1. You can order meals without needing to sign into FullCount
2. After you finish your order, look for a "Done" button in the top left corner
3. Tap "Done" to go back to the Cubigo Community app

Remember

You don't need to worry about signing in to FullCount. Cubigo takes care of that for you automatically.
