PointClickCare (PCC) and Cubigo - The Resident Profile Experience

Overview

• Some communities offer an integration between PointClickCare (PCC), the electronic health record system, and Cubigo.
• When the PCC-Cubigo integration is active, a Cubigo account is automatically created for a resident using the information available in PCC. This ensures consistency and accuracy across platforms.
• As a resident in a community where the PCC-Cubigo integration is active, certain fields within your Cubigo profile will be managed directly in PCC and will not be editable within Cubigo.

Your Profile

The following fields within your profile are managed directly by PCC:

• Email
• First Name
  • Please note that when updating the first name field in Cubigo, the integration will first search for a preferred name within PCC. If no preferred name is listed in PCC, the legal name listed in PCC will populate the first name field in Cubigo.
• Last Name
• Birth Date
• Gender
• Landline
• Cell phone
• Apartment number
• Language
• Move-in date
• Move-out date
• In certain cases, dietary information including dining preferences, texture modifications, and allergies are also managed directly by PCC and will not be editable within Cubigo directly.

You will see the message Managed by PointClickCare on the above profile fields within your Cubigo account as a reminder that these fields cannot be changed directly in Cubigo.

Edits

If you wish to update or edit these fields, please contact a team member who has access to PointClickCare (PCC), the electronic health record. The team member can update the necessary information in PCC on your behalf. Once changed in PCC, the updated information will flow into your Cubigo account automatically.
