This document provides an overview of all mapped fields between Cubigo and PCC.
Demographic profile fields
-
Email
- Demographics → Email Address
-
- Please note that once a resident has logged into Cubigo, their email address no longer syncs automatically with PCC. If the email needs updating, it must be manually changed in both PCC and Cubigo. Because the update will not be reflected in Cubigo automatically. This is because the email serves as the resident's username for Cubigo—if it is changed without their knowledge, they may be unable to log in to the platform. If a resident has not logged in before, the email will be updated to the PCC email address when the PCC sync is triggered.
-
